Raffle prizes - available at $3 per ticket featuring a 12 person Make-Up Party including snacks and wine at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon and Spa ($400 Value!!)
(you may also purchase the raffle tickets at Packet Pickup- need not be present or a race participant to win and will be drawn on race day)

Wow!!! - As of this evening we have 323 registered participants for "Run for the Angel Twins" and counting!! We might very well see 500 that morning in support of the Million Dollar Mission. We can't wait!!!

Did you know you can create your very own fundraising support page for the

Run for the Angel Twins?

The link is available through www.runfortheangeltwins .org. If you click
on the Donate tab or Create Your Own Fundraising Page you will find our race fundraising page.
Click "Become a Fundraiser" along the top of the page and that will guide you
step by step in creating your own "Run for the Angel Twins" fundraising page and goal.

Any money donated on your personal page automatically
automatically goes to the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation
in honor of the Angel Twins Fund.

The donations are tax deductible and your contributors will receive an emailed
receipt and confirmation of their donation!
You could also create a team page if you are doing the Run/Walk as a team.

So I found a Facebook group today as I was checking the site logs
that had set up an event request for Run for the Angel Twins.
My eyes filled with tears as I saw it was started by a local
young woman at Wakeland High School inviting her friends to participate.
Thank you, sweet girls (you know who you are), for taking the time
to support such a wonderful cause.
It is the little lights in this world like you that shine to give hope to future generations.

Couch to 5k Running Plan

Since there are 9 weeks until the race, we thought we would post this
9 week Couch to 5k Training Program for those that would like
to run the 5k. You can walk it too of course but thought it would
be good motivation for those that might like to try and run their first 5k race for The Angels!
